2 each Chicken Legs, thigh and leg separated
tt Salt and Pepper
6 each Garlic, sliced
2 each Shallots, sliced
8-10 sprigs Thyme
1 bottle Biota Classic Kombucha
Place garlic, shallots, thyme and chicken in a container. Add kombucha and marinate for 24-48 hours
Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Grill on medium high until cooked, about 8-10 minutes per side.
